FFHS launches new Website

The Federation of Family History Societies has launched its new image with a completely redesigned website.

The new site, designed by the webmaster Peter Hunnisett, has a more modern look and incorporates the new logo and colours. As well as the usual information about the Federation and what it does, there will be more emphasis on news items of interest to family historians. It is hoped that researchers will use the site as one of their main ways of keeping up-to-date with what is going on generally in the world of British family history. A major improvement of the new site is that it is much easier to navigate around and find what you want.

The new website will shortly be supplemented by the launch of the FFHS Ezine, our new bi-monthly electronic newsletter, also designed around the new image.

It is anticipated that eventually the other websites in the FFHS stable, www.familyhistoryonline.net and www.genfair.co.uk, will also be redesigned to incorporate the new image.
