How to Enter
Societies can enter by sending the completed Entry Form to the FFHS Administrator at This must include:
- the name of your society in full (not just initials)
- number of members
- its web address
- the name of its webmaster
- a contact e-mail address to which an acknowledgement of the entry will be sent
- Username/password of a Members Only Area of website if applicable
The closing date for entries is 31st October 2012

Judging Panel
The entries for the Award are assessed by a judging panel of three people.
For the 2012 Award, the FFHS Web Award Judging Panel will be:
- Susan Davis, British Isles FHS of Greater Ottawa
- Chris Loudon, Western Australian Genealogical Society
- Roger Shearer, New Zealand Society of Genealogists
The competition is coordinated by the FFHS Education Officer
